There's 5-10 times as much oil as what Saudi Arabia has in the Rocky Mountain states shale reserves.

Nobody will know for sure until we drill. There's a few hundred billion or a few trillion gallons or a few hundred billion barrels.

Americans who keep crying about our dependence on "foreign oil" - while opposing exploration of our abundant domestic reserves - make as much sense as Hugh Hefner joining an international dating service because he can't find any pretty women in America.

I've heard about those reserves. I have a friend who's a petroleum engineer major, he says some of the problem lies in the drilling itself.

Yeah, the problem with the drilling is OBAMA has a problem with it... but wait thats only here! The libs lent 3 BILLION to Brazil so they could develop their oil... and OBAMA flat out said he wants the US to be the biggest customer!!!

I meant physically drilling. Contrary to popular belief, drilling into the side of a mountain aint too easy

That's why he's in college now. Exxon is hiring graduates out the @$$ to be the first to solve the problem. That's big $$$
