tort reform

so it looks like this may be what we need in health care reform. rather than obama care this looks to be the answer. now i know about it, but i'm wondering. will tort reform make costs go DOWN? or just simply keep them from going up, and inflating at the rate they are?

regardless is this being pushed? has it been talked about from republicans? is it something that republican lawmakers are in support of? i don't hear much about it from the politicians. a lot of people i talk to say this is the answer to the health care crisis. any thoughts?

Republicans have been pushing for tort reform for years. Dems wont allow it.

Why do you ask. The dems have civil lawyers in their pockets

Will it bring costs down? Eventually yes
