I pray to God this will pass. It's long overdue for the EPA's power to be held in check. Ideally I want the EPA to be disbanded, but that will never happen. So if their power can be reduced greatly, I will be happy.

The EPA, CARB, FMCSA all need to be held in check, they can do whatever they want to and don't have to answer to anyone. Same goes for Congress and the President.

It probably won't get through the Senate,but that's not ALL bad....if the voters keep seeing the GOP trying to represent the people who put them in in the house in 2010,well,the bill stopping senate may be in big trouble come 2012
