I saw it months ago, they are union so they can't be fired so Chrysler wonders why cars aren't put together right........

I've worked shows with union workers and it's the same deal, we were at a show in NY, and a forklift operator was drunk, he couldn't be fired, but was sent home and then the rest of the guys got pissed because he was sent home.
