EPA Rules Trump Your Rights

EPA Rules Will Trump Your Rights - Investors.com

Do contact your attorneys general, representatives and senators TODAY asking them to combat the EPA!

The EPA is an executive branch and it is not being held accountable under checks and balances. If Obama and his cronies think they're going to get away with this, they are far mistaken.

They need to shut down CARB, then bust up the EPA and then the idiots in the DOT.

Yep

I am going to contact my attorney general because Idaho never agreed to follow the EPA regulations.

Did you notice the states that had permits issued are largely Republican-leaning?

Yeah lets get rid of the DOT so we can have more idiot truckers driving unsafe rigs when my family is out on the road.

That's true but the OTR trucks worry me a little more. I can handle the 1982 Honda Accords in the 250.

I think the conversation on the DOT is about some of the crazy policies Ray LaHood has proposed. He pretty much doesn't want people driving cars

The DOT in its current state has become very anti-automobile

But before anything is done about the DOT, Congress must at least curb the power of the EPA. I'd much rather defund it and start over, but that will never happen
