Constitution ‘Has No Binding Power on Anything’.
Here is the latest tactic...since the Constitution is over a hundred years old it's worthless. It's fixin' to get dicey folks, better cinch up and hang on for the ride. We may find more and more of our Liberties and Freedoms taken away.
Watch this jackass, it's propped up by the lib media as well. http://www.eyeblast.tv/public/checker.aspx?v=hd6UkU6UaG |

I could care less how many people actually watch the circus, it's just pretty disappointing to hear of the Constitution be spoken about like it is, period.

Take the separation of church and state. The Constitution doesn't actually say there will be a "separation" of church and state. It says "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,...". There is no reference stating a church can't have an influence on Government, just that Government can't have an influence on religion. But some people want to "interpret" it to mean an actual separation. I don't believe in a totally separate church and state, but don't make a huge fuss about it because I have my own interpretations that I DO like. As in the right to bears arms. The Constitution doesn't say I have a right to own and keep guns in my house for hunting, protection, collecting or ...It says that we the people can have guns in order to have an militia. "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." But I like guns so I "WANT" it to say I can own them. |
