Yet again, the Obama administration is circumventing Congress to implement horrible policies.

I am so tired of this disdain for the Constitution. Executive agencies are supposed to be held accountable under checks and balances but people are giving them free reign over anything they want. It's about time Congress moves to close all of these tyrannical executive agencies.
