Don't know about Cali, but here in Texas you have to provide a SSN and proof of numerous immunizations to be admitted to a public university (and i assume private).

Yea , wtf is right . Why is it that those of us who work continue to get less and less for our efforts while the people that either don't work or don't even belong here get everything handed to them .

Whats it going to take to get the people of this country to wake up ? Everything is falling apart around us and they just keep on giving away the tools to fix it .
