I remember an idiot around here falling down a STEP (yes ONE step, not stairs, but a STEP) and skinning his knee. Sued the restaurant and won God only knows how much money, sent them out of business.

People can't just own up to their own faults anymore

the judges should be thrown out for even accepting cases like these. the people sue for more then they will make in there whole lifetime. its a crook and they wonder why insurance rates are so high.
