Who will the GOP send up against Obama?

Like it says who do y'all think will run against the current Pres? I really hope that they find someone better than the two P's(Perry&Palin)With more and more true conservatives both Democrat and Republican dieing out everyday I can only see the US becoming more liberal for the rest of my lifetime atleast. It was the younger folks that elected Obama and they still seem to love him today.

I'm still strong, (ok in lust), with Michelle Bachman. A strong Constitutionalist. What this country needs.

Probably never happen, but I'd vote for her.

That's because the young (college kids) and most young adults today don't know diddly squat what it takes to make a living. Just wait until they are out in the work force and get their a$$ handed to them every April 15th, then ask them how they like the "change" (that's left in their pocket that is.)

Im for huckabee myself, dont discount all young people. Im 24, my wife 22, we both wanted mccain and dislike obama to say the least. Palin is hot, but i cant sit through any of her speeches without cringing at what she says and how she says it.

Ole Huck is AWSOME! McCain is to much like Bush and Obama scared me as bad as Palin so I sat on the sidelines last election. By the looks of it I may not vote in the Pres election for A LONG TIME.

I think Huckabee would be a good choice.

I just hope who ever it is waits a while before announcing their candidacy. Good Lord, this mid-term election has got me to the point of not wanting to watch local broadcast stations just so I don't have to listen to all the mud-slinging, pig-slop throwing, horse-pucky stepping garbage. Give it a rest for a while. Geez.

Right on about not being able to watch local tv anymore!

Huck isn't too bad a choice. I've heard some talk about Pawlenty, too. Tough to say this far out. The best thing would be if the Dems had a little bit of a struggle through the primaries instead of putting up Obama right away. May increase the likelihood of getting a conservative in office.

I'll agree with that. My kids are both at Texas A&M,(very conservative as colleges go). My son especially learned what liberalism does to the job market. He had friends out of business school signing for 6 figures with a 5 figure signing bonus as juniors, and then suddenly it all went away. Now he graduates in may and is still looking.
