CARB overestimates diesel pollution by 340%

California grossly miscalculated pollution levels in a scientific analysis used to toughen the state's clean-air standards,

Cant that state get anything right

Overestimate fueled state's landmark diesel law

The &%^ed up part is they will just say oops someone screwed up, but we won;t back up and re analyze the law. I saw the mention of postponing the requirements until 2014 and expanding the exemptions, but I believe the ENTIRE thing needs scraped and start over. But they don't have time for that, gotta get pot legal first

Then if you really follow this and find out the scientist that came up with all of this has a BOGUS degree, completely fake, yet was he fired, NO!!! There was even a coverup of this and none of those involved were fired either.

CARB needs to be disbanded.

All the auto/ truck manufacturers, trucking companies and transportation organizatins should get together and file one big lawsuit against CARB for what it does and the BS it comes up with. Give CA the option, pay off on the lawsuit or disband CARB.

Does anyone realize that CARB has more power than the EPA??? Whatever CARB comes up with the EPA just follows along..........
