Maybe its too early for me, but the way I read that is they will keep there current insurance, and not be forced to pay for the high premiums that you and I will be paying

Only because of a one year extension Nick. If you click the full article you will notice that certain UNIONS are exempt as well. But hey you and I have to pay for it

My computer wouldn't load that second page . So, the unions and these mcdonalds workers are only exempt for a year? What happens after that? I'll bet that this chit is repealed in a year

On another note, when do companies HAVE to start providing insurance to their employees, with the exception of the 'waived' ones?
