Proposed lowest pay raise since 1973. Now I know where he is going to cut spending. I bet the congress votes in a big pay raise for themselves though.

I seem to remember No raise one year early 90's?

Then they almost had a mass mutiny and congress apporoved 1% if I recall correctly.

I remember not getting paid until the 7th of January in '95 but I think the raise was 2.5%.
