Agreed. It gives the citizen the power to choose what they want / need.

I read this from Dave's FB page. Good stuff, has COMMON SENSE written into it. THAT would be weird , although I don't think it said anything about NOT covering illegals

I quoted Craig because of the book I'm reading now "One Second After", they are reverting back to those "good 'ol days" of public executions and quarantine for newcomers into the town . I miss the good 'ol days, and I was far from being part of them. People actually were punished for the crimes they committed, also a thought

Yeah one of the things I thought was not covering illegals.
But since you're obligated by law to provide medical care in the emergency room, I'm not sure what to do about illegals. Offer them a payment plan?
