The article basically says that the percentage of CO2 being absorbed into the oceans is staying the same (about 50%). It doesn't say that there is less CO2 in the atmosphere, in fact it admits there is WAY more. While I agree that Al Gore is a dolt, I don't see how this article refutes his theory.
