Stop the Nomination of Sotomayor

Senate Democrats Trying to Rush Judiciary Hearings -- Call THESE Senators NOW to Demand a BOYCOTT:


ALERT: Can we STOP the Democrats' "fast-track" nomination of radical liberal judicial activist Judge Sonia Sotomayor? YES -- but only if YOU join your voice with hundreds of thousands of others, demanding that the Senate SLOW DOWN the hearings and votes so that Americans can get ALL the facts about her!


Senate Democrats are realizing that they may not have enough votes to stop a filibuster of Sotomayor's confirmation -- so they've moved up the time for her hearings to start, to NEXT WEEK! Time is short… so we've come up with a way to FORCE them to slow down this process in order for there to be FULL AND OPEN hearings on this far-left judge!


In addition to forcing a real fight on the floor of the Senate, Senate Republicans can also STOP the who process dead in its tracks by doing one simple thing:


Don't show up for the committee hearings!





You see, under the Senate rules, NO official business can be transacted in the Judiciary Committee unless there are eight members of the committee attending -- including TWO Republicans. That means at least half of the Democrats have to attend; but more importantly, if at least six of the seven Republicans do NOT attend, no hearings can be held AT ALL!


Do you get it? Senate Republicans can FORCE the Democrats to take the full amount of time necessary to investigate and question Judge Sotomayor, instead of rushing her nomination through quickly. All they have to do is NOT SHOW UP.


But WE have to MAKE them do that!


TAKE ACTION: The latest news reports say that the GOP Senators are caving in to the Democrats on this nomination -- they're losing their spines, and are ready to let them run right over them without hardly a peep!


That MUST change THIS WEEK!


If we can force the GOP Senators to at least demand a full and in-depth investigation and debate over Sotomayor's nomination, then we have a chance to STOP it as more and more information comes out about how radical and out-of-the-mainstream her far-left views really are.
