Dang Mike! You have ruined my morning! This won't set well with me. I have a couple of old toilets in my driveway right now (no flowers in them) that I plan to intall in my house and get rid of those dang efficient ones we put in when the house was built. Those suckers DON"T work. I have to flush three times sometimes. Wifey says it's because I am full of s_it. I say otherwise.

As far as air leaks. Yep I have some and need some more. I heat with wood and have to leave the windows open even on the coldest days. I know....I'll invite the inspectors over, feed 'em some deer chili, fire up the wood stove and shut the windows. It won't be long before they will have a better understanding of reality. At least here at my house!

More control over our lives.....equals more power they have over us. It's nothing more than a grab of power by the bleeding heart liberals. They are a cancer in the flesh of America.

This is assinine. I have CFL bulbs in my house because our SMART elected officials in Washington got a bill passed three years ago that electric companies had to make some percentage of their power from renewable resources. Then the Dumbazzes said that hydroelectric isn't renewable. That is the only kind of power our state has, so everyones power bills doubled over night. These Enviro nuts need to go hug a tree in a rifle range.
