Explanation of benefits. You can get them from any provider before you sign up. IT tells you what is and what isnt covered and the requirements for the plan

Man, that things got more clauses than a credit card contract. I don't know if my policy is any good or not because I've never made the deductible.

Sounds like you need to do some research man. My policy covers damn near anything. $500 deductible. Costs me $150 a month.

Actually, we compared many plans when we signed up for this one. If you pay 150 you must be a lot younger than I am, all the plans we checked out were about the same price. A policy with 500 deductible for my wife and I would probably be 6 or 700 a month. I guess it probably makes a difference which state you live in also. My point is how do you know how good your policy is unless you get really sick? A friend of mine thought he had a good plan but after he had surgery he ended up with 12000$ that wasn't covered by his plan.

Thats why you do the research before you join the plan
