Can someone photoshop a different ride hight?

Hey guys, I keep changing my mind on my suspension and tires. I went from a leveling kit to 35's and 20's to a 4.5 lift with the same wheels and tires to a 4.5 with 37's and 22's to a 7" lift with the 37's and 22's. Now im thinking about going back down to a 305/45/22 or maybe a 325/50/22 on stock ride hight. Heres some pictures if you need something else i can get it.
