Photoshop program?

I was wondering what photo shop/chop program you all were using to be able to change wheels,delete step bars etc...? I would love to do this with out bothering every one on here all the time since I change my mind A LOT before making a decision. Thanks.

I'm using photoshop cs3. Although if you want something for free that can basically do the same thing I would choose GIMP.

I use CS4 but like was stated above Gimp is a decent program although it may take you some time to learn it. once learned it can become an awesome tool.

Can some one put this wheel on my truck please. I have pulled my hair out trying to get the hang of that photoshop program. I know its not the best picture in the world but it will at least give me an idea. Thanks!
