Who is REALLY good at photoshop?

I have Photoshop, but I am not at all good at it so I need someones help who is really good at it.
I have this picture of when I met George W. Bush 7 years ago in 2003. I just pulled it out and the glass was broken and the picture was basically glued to the glass This is the only copy I have of this picture so I didn't dare try to peel it off the glass, it would not be pretty. So I scanned it with the glass and all.
Is there anyone here who can re-touch this picture to fix the bubbles in it and also get rid of the lines from the broken glass? Is that possible? I'm really upset and afraid that this picture is ruined for good

Chris, I touched it up for you. however, there is some water damage or color damage to the photo that I simply can't fix without HOURS of work. But this is ALOT better than it was. Sorry for your picture damage but I hope this helps you.
