New, Never Installed Pads and Rotors. I bought them for my truck and have never had time to get them installed. My goal was to cryo the rotors before installation, but have since moved on. This includes front and rear brakes for SRW trucks. Following are the part numbers:

126.65071SR
126.65086SR
106.07560
106.07570

The parts are made by Centric (makers of Hawk pads). There is over $600 in parts here, I would like to get $400 plus shipping. Let me know if you have any questions.

Let me know what else you'd like to know, I have attached pictures which should answer most questions you should have.

I bought these for an 01 F250 4X4, so they should fit all 99-03 Single Rear Wheel 4X4's.
