Honestly, good luck. The good ones are becoming almost as valuable as oil!

u need to also get an '03 pedestal. You can buy a 10 vane '03 turbo though. I have seen a dealer selling them on Ebay (expensive though as they are new or reman) and paying dealer price
still prob cheaper than an aftermarket turbo though

you can get the turbo, pedestal and hardware through ford. i did the swap a couple months ago. here are the part numbers.

Turbo
Ford part number: 3C3Z-6K682-CBRM
garrett part number: 1837984c93

Pedestal
ford part number: 3C3Z-6N639-BA

Hardware kit:
ford part number: 3C3Z-9T514-AD

The hardware kit comes with a new gasket for the oil feed line and bolts because the pedestal is thinner on the 03. i would search the internet for that garrett pn for the turbo. I bought everything straight from ford through my friends auto shop and it was $1547.19 total. the turbo was $975 plus the $250 core. the Pedestal was $226 and the hardware was $8.53. Hope this helps.
