Looking for a good shop in central Pa

Does anyone have any suggestions of a good shop in south central Pa? I have a 2000 F350 that I am having engine problems with That I can't figure out. I have not been able to find a good shop that has experience with these engines. The Ford dealership is out of the question. Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks.
