Lancaster area

First off, hello to all fellow PA'ers. I am in the Lancaster area ( East Pete). I just had my windows tinted factory match and now I am concerned about inspection. Any of you fellas know an inspection station that would be friendly. And if ya see a white cc around, please wave.

If you get up near Pottstown the Ford dealer I go to for inspection hasn't said anything about mine the past two years and mine are pretty dark (too dark for my liking though they do look nice). That's a bit of a hike just for inspection though, unless you work up this way. Couldn't hurt to drive up to a place and just flat out ask them if they inspect it with the windows. My Grand Prix has tinted front windows and I never had inspection issues with that either.

If they are just a match you will probably not have an issue. look for a tint shop locally and ask for a referal if you have questions or ask the station before they do the inspection.

bas im right by p-town lol, anyways for inspection they CANNOT fail you for tint. cops can ticket you and try to make you remove it but inspection stations cannot fail you for it.

I'm from lancaster county too, just above the Mason-Dixon. Anyone know of a place around to have tint removed. Mine has some really dark tint when I bought it and can't see out the dang thing at night. I would do it myself but i'm afraid that I am going to get the glue stuck in the track.

I live near philly and every car I own is tinted. You will be fine with tint on a pick-up truck. The guys around here that get harassed drive tuner cars (Hondas..etc). I have never had a inspection issue with tinted windows, no one cares....you'll be good.
