need some height and I killed my brain

I am new and this is my first post. I have been driving myself nuts trying to make a decision here. I want to lift my truck and I can't make up my mind. I was looking at a 10" fabtech lift after picture from The sema show with it. I would like to know what a lot of you have lift and tire wise and if you have any problems legally with it. I know we are supposed to stay within 30" for the bumpers but I see trucks everyday that can't be within that. I live right across from the hempfield police station so there is no avoiding it the police with it. My truck is an 01 f250 suspension and tires are all stock right now. The tires are ready to be replaced and inspection is up so I really need to make up my mind soon so I can get as big of tires I can. Thanks in advance to anyone that answers any ideas for me or specs on your setup are appreciated.

Anyone? Does anyone in Pa have a legal truck with a 10" lift and if so what tires. Someone at least give me some ideas please. I don't want to waste moeny on something I'm not happy with or something that I can't drive legally. I have measured the bumpers and the front one is at about 18" now and the rear is about 21". If I went by that between lift and tires 12" in the front and 9" in the back is my limit. Going by that a 6" lift and 35's would still be an inch more in the back. That just doesn't seam right to me. I know years ago I had a friend Kurt with a gmc stepside and his bumper was a little higher than my waste so it had to be at least around 44" or higher. I know it was legal at least then. Any suggestions would be nice. I haven't found anyone local with a good answer. Plenty say to get someone that will just pass it but I can't afford any tickets.
