Transmission Builders (Oregon/Washington)

I am in need of a good transmission builder to talk with.

Havent really found many guys in Oregon that can build a transmission. Ive talked with every transmission shop i know of within like 50 miles of me.

Maybe i am wrong but are there any out here that can build transmissions for diesel trucks successfully? I am not in need of a transmission, just need someone to talk to about some things.
