Ohio Chapter logo thread

I posted a few variations of a logo in another thread, but the thread was littered with other posts as well. So, lets keep this thread strictly about the logo.

Feel free to post comments, suggestions both positive AND negative. You won't hurt my feelings, afterall this is for US, not just me. Discussion is what gets results!

i like the flag with the seal, definatley cool, where you at in gahanna. I live by BW3s at Cherry bottom and Morse. Im in the USMC so thats why my address says NC.

Hey guys...I just posted in the chapter thread about joining and thought I would chime in about the logo as well. I like the logo with the cardinal personally.

Ok I was struck by a great idea while being absolutely bored over thanksgiving all day w/ the family....I have no drawing or photoshop talents so heres my best attempt...basically I was thinking that a background of the state of ohio with the words ohio powersmokers and the powerstroke.org logo under that. Put a powerstroke badge, ford badge and the international badge in the top corners and the bottom (or substitute a pic of one of our trucks for any of these badges). Make the "O" of ohio a tire doing a burnout, or just a sick looking tire. On either side of the word smokers put two smoking stacks....see the pic itll explain...this is a real rough idea I had and am seriously open to changes and new ideas, maybe this sux I dunno but im just looking to add some variety so we can have the best lookin logo around!!

We do have to refrain from using the Ford oval however, there's potential for legal action against us if we do.

That stinks...arent there ford logos out there that are slightly altered that arent under the TM?

that sucks I thought that those look sweet but the ford and international logos looked like they were just kinda thrown on to the side.
