How are you arriving at these numbers? Have you driven a full tank in each setting? I also have read that you are not supposed to start the truck in a tune that you are supposed to start them in stock and then when they get up to temperature you can select whichever setting. All the smoke is, is unburned fuel. |

The only way to get an accurate mpg estimate is to run the same setting for an entire tank, fill back up and take the miles driven and divide by the gallons it took to fill back up. Example...... 325 miles, 20 gallons to fill up...... = 16.25 mpg. It is impossible to get an accurate reading if you have the computer readout. |
