St Jude Radiothon! Donations..

Today I was listing to 99.5 WGAR, they are doing a radiothon to support St Judes Childern Cancer center. I have had cancer hit very close to home. my mother had it, my anut, and my grandfather died of it. So I decieded I was going to donate to this.. We'll the ironic thing was just yesterday my girlfriend of 3 years broke up with me. I was on my way to buy her a ring and earing thing the day she did it, So i thought all the money I was going to spend on that I would donate. Maybe some of you have a little extra money to give...

Man, when they do that thing down here it brings tears to my eyes every time. Good for you for donating, I think this year we're going to volunteer to help with it...

it does bring tears to your eyes when you hear these stories. Its horrible what these kids and their families go threw.

I was 15 when my mom had cancer and just seeing what it did to her makes me wish I had more money to give.

Sorry to hear about your break up. Way to turn something negative in to a great thing though. A lot of charities don't get my respect for various reasons but St. Judes is a very worthy cause. My family contributes every year. Great job man

Yeah very sad some of the stories they have on the radiothons. I've been donating 30 bucks a month for the last 3 years. It's not much but hell it's better than nothing.
