Better to get them all done at the same time and out of the way. Time won't make them any better, only worse. I had all 4 of mine out at the same time. Nothing to it, showed up, sleepy time, woke up, pain meds, all was better next day. When my wife had hers done, she had 2 dry sockets (i think that's what it was) and she felt awful for over a week.

I love going to my dentist, maybe it is because she is a 10/9 and most of the assistants are too.

Well the deal with wisdom teeth is usually they do not want to pull them. That is unless they are causing the patient problems. How ever just because you do not feel pain. The dentist maybe seeing something like they are coming in and are starting to push against other teeth. Which can cause major problems down the road.

Or you may not have the room for them and they are coming in to early. Which can cause other problems.

The way I see it is the dentist/docs that you go see have the education and experince. So I usually follow their recommendations.

Get the wisdom teeth out at the same time and as soon as possible. You don't want to be like me and have to get them out when you really never have time to. The SOONER the better. Also, if you have a good surgeon, it is a breeze.
