D-Day
I have had the privilege of meeting a handful of men who stormed the beaches at Normandy over the years. Have any of y'all? Maybe someone's dad or granddad made it.
I bring this up because today is the 65th anniversary of the landing. I can't imagine the intestinal fortitude it took to over come, what had to be paralyzing fear and head out towards that beach. A salute to those who made it a moment of silence from me for those who didn't. Craig D-Day |

I'm watching the ceremony on FOX right now. I'm not sure why they started off with the French national anthem, or why Sarkozy is even allowed to speak. He should have been at the gate kissing every veterans azz.

I just dont get it. You know all these other countries and the UN want us to bow down to them. Sometimes I think Europe forgot the fact that if it wasnt for the US most of them would be speaking german about now and flying this flag instead of there own

The sad part is that it won't be long before there isn't any live military members that were there
