The first time I saw it, it shook me to the core, and still does. I truly believe that it does say more than a thousand words.

It is my hope that everyone who sees this, will have a deeper understanding of the high cost of the freedoms we enjoy, and that these freedoms are not to be taken lightly.

I can't begin to imagine the grief that the little guy was experiencing and I hope the best for him.

I have no idea where I found the picture or who took it, if I had the info I would make sure this person received proper credit.

When you hear of a service member dying remember, it isn't just a blurb on the news. This is an individual who voluntarily served, and in the end, gave their life in the service of this nation. An individual who had a family and friends, no doubt, devastated by this great loss.

Remember them.
Craig

That's a great photo.

I watched a great movie this weekend, much along the lines of your picture Craig.

The movie is called Taking Chance. It's about a Marine LTCol. who volunteers for escort duty. It is a very well done movie honoring the fallen.

I highly recommend this film to anyone and everyone.

I saw it earlier today on another post. I was quite taken by it also. Then I found this post.
Never enough credit given to our heros.
I'm glad to be part of a place that isn't afraid to say they support our troops!!
