Demolishment Quote?

If anyone here knows the avg. prices for demolition, what do you think a fair price would be to completely demolish an approx. 40x20 farm building, 20 ft. tall with a concrete base and then completely level the soil? I was told 2-3k. Thanks.

Sounds close to me. If its old barn wood people go nuts for that! Sell the Barn to someone then just pay someone to level it when its gone to offset cost.
