Just drives me nuts thinking about the gov't taking over a business in America. Does anyone else see a complete cluster f_ _ _ coming out of this?

Being an early Chevy fan I just hate to see this.

Businesses should be allowed to fail and prosper! I know if my little business is having trouble there is no bail out coming for me. Does Obama actually think the government can run a business? They have been so efficient at what they do now right? LOL JJ

What I think should happen, Chevy branches off and goes on there own like they started out.

GMC says good by to GM and becomes its own company again.

Pontiac sorry but they should just go away, maybe merge Buick and Pontiac into one company. Pontiac could be a performance side of Buick.

Saturn they are an import company anyways, they can get swallowed up by Chevy.

Geo can just get flushed down the toilet.

Cadalliac well they were once thier own company so off on thier own.

Basically what I am saying is the original parts of GM which would be, Chevy, GMC, Cadalliac, Pontiac, and Buick, Oldsmobile as well but they are no longer around anways.

These pieces of the GM should just become thier own company again. Leaving GM with GEO, Saturn, and any other car company that was built from GM.

Another Idea, Chevy drops the trucks. Have GMC build all trucks for GM, chevy builds cars and cars only.

Take the popular models from Buick and say good bye to buick, Pontiac offers only the firebird, trans am, gto, oh and bring back the freakin Lemans like it used to be.

Saturn gets to stick around, but they will only offer the most popular car they have. Which will be named Saturn.

All the rest of the crap GM has goes bye bye.

It would be cool to see the old body styles with todays technology in them. Don't know what kind of a market there would be for them, but man how sweet would it be to see a new (real old body style) Chevelle SS go cruising by.

I can dream can't I?

Have you seen the new Camaro. I actually want one. Man that thing looks sweet.

I love this retro fitted body styles. The Dodge Challenger, Camaro, I think Pontiac should do the same with the Firebird and GTO, Bring back the Lemans.

Ford better step up w/ the stang if they want to compete in this new market.

I think the market would be good for these retro fit cars. Because the people that wanted them when they were younger. Can't afford the originals now, they couldn't afford them when they were younger either. But they can afford these retro cars.

How about seeing a vette in the retro body style. Like use the popular 63 split window and give it a modern look.

im also a chevy/gmc fan b4 i got to lovin fords
wasnt happy that they are going down and megga disapointed that they took the bail out.

Oldsmobile
Pontiac
Saturn

Isuzu is in the mix too.
