Beware! Titan Haul in Wa

So i bought a new trailer from Titan Haul in washington. as some of you know Josh and I have had some trouble with the trailer and a constant blowing fuse on it since last week....

well it got worse. by the time i met up with Josh in vegas to pick it up a couple of more things went wrong with it...

first is the braket that holds the ramps under the trailer broke... the welds towards the front of the trailer gave way and the ramps were pretty much draggin on the floor...

second the wiring is crap... not only did we have the problem with the turn signal. but.... you cant use the trailer breaks... everytime you hit a bump you lose connection to the trailer breaks... 1 time it just started breaking on its own. i had to end up just diconnecting my TB controller and use it with out the breaks the whole way home...

well anyways here is what i sent them today:

Well first of all i have to honestly say im very disappointed on how this trailer turned out... their are numerous things that are wrong with it.

first the wire is crap. it had a short and the left turn signal had to be rewired before my buddy brought it down to vegas. second thing with the wiring is their is another short that is messing up the trailer brakes. any bump and the brakes try and break on its own... its not my truck i have tried it on 3 diff trucks and it does the same thing.

Third. the bracket that hold the ramps broke.. the welds where its connected towards the front broke off and the ramps were dragging on the floor... i had to use a spare tow strap to keep it off the ground... that was super dangerous because if it would of caught on something it would of shot the whole trailer up in the air.

4th you guys forgot to put a VIN number sticker on it. so when i tried to go register it it took me 4 hours to convince them it wasn't stolen and that it was really mine.

overall i am not a happy camper. now i have to pay someone to redo all the wiring and someone to re weld the brakets for the ramps.....

I think you guys should pay for this since i paid for a new trailer.. this is not acceptable.

I will be taking pictures and coping all our emails (including this one) and getting it ready to send it to the Better Business Bureau.

I do not want to send anything or get lawyers involved so im giving you the opportunity to do the right thing before i take action... let me know asap if you will refund me some money to cover the costs of having to get this stuff fixed

what you guys think? im super pissed at them.... they have not responded to me yet but if i do not get a response with them saying their going to refund me some money ill get lawyers involved.

I take my trailers very seriously and everything that you have written on this thread is enough for a BBB letter on its own. Dont stop pushing untill you are satisfied. Dont give up because if you got that kind of crappy work then you know other people are too and that is bull crap. Raul you are a business man and I know you would never send out a piece of crap product and then not stand behind it if it let the customer down so dont let them do it!
