Since the plaintiffs appear to be "frequent fliers", perhaps the
judge will dismiss the case and let the plaintiffs (and their
attorneys) foot the costs.

One can hope. (But it IS California)

Hey I am 6'4" The mirror at the local restraunt is to low. So can I sue for that because I can check my face for appearance unless I bend over.

The other day I was in a restraunt for dinner. I had to duck because I was worried about hitting the ceiling fan with my head. Can I sue for that too.

I think my hieght is a disability. Can I sue the car manufacturers for not having enough leg room in all the cars they sell.

pick the stupid bastard up, shove him (and his friggen lawyer) headfirst THRU the mirror, sue THEM for damaging the mirror, and then ask for damages for suffering and the stress of being the target of a frivolous lawsuit.

people like that should have a tatoo on their foreheads to warn others.

How come people like that never get shot by serial murderers? Sooner or later, he/she/IT will sue the wrong person, and get the **** beat out of themselves on the courthouse steps as an example
