been with my girl forever and we r moving in together. any advice to keep us from getting sick of eachother? and how to cut cost on stuff?

Honestly its about respect my fiancee and me never get sick of each other well i get sick of her lol. But we work 12 hrs a day. We have a joint checking account as i am bad with money.If i was in control i would have stage 2's and a bigger hpop and the rest of the goodies. Don't eat out or go out just rent a movie or watch something on tv we were spending a butt load on dining out and going to movies and what not. It will only work if you 2 want it to as well!

alot of compromise between you both! Next time you wanna go out and eat dinner or whatever, DONT. just start by cutting all the little things you waste money on now, that you really dont have to do.

As long as she trusts you and you trust her. Well then keep at least one night to hang with yoru friends with out the other. So you would have a guys night out and she would have a girls night out. That will help out a lot.

To keep costs down, shop wisely. Buy when things are on sale. No sloppy spending, meaning if you don't need it don't buy unless it is a great deal. The big thing is fuel, so keep stocked up on things you use often or that can be kept for a long time. That way your not making constant trips to the store. That will save fuel which will save money.

Eat in instead of out. So you better start cooking or learning how. It is cheaper to eat in then go out for fun then to go out and eat and have fun at night. If you want to go out with friends, fire up the grill have them come over for a cook out and then go out to do what ever you want. But you will save money, so will your friends, and if you do it often you can switch who holds the cook out.

Instead of going out invite people for small parties, sit around and play cards. Or you can play other games as well.

1- research the common law marriage laws in your state!
2- set up a joint account, each puts in an agreed amount each month, pay the bills from that. all big items are talked about first, bought from that account when you can afford them.
3- agree to respect and maintain some personal space and privacy. trust each other and don't snoop
4- buy your own toys from your personal accounts. no questions. if you have the $$, you can have it. (injectors, turbo's, chips, hair color, whatever)

5- get a statue pedestal, put her up on it once in a while, kneel down in front of it!

most important- (seriously!) remember why you are together. yeah, you still need to buy her flowers for no reason once in a while. BUT, she needs to remember to cook your favorite dinner, or wax your truck, as a surprise for you once in a while, too.
