A judge dropped the charges against most of the Haditha Marines. But now the prosecutor is objecting and appealing to have the charges reinstated? WTF???

No soldier should have to sit in a civilian court during wartime. Thats ridiculous. And the appeals process is of course legal, but that prosecuter should be taken out back and shot. He had his chance to prove his case and failed, live with it. And if he has no new evidence, there should be no reason to appeal and it should be denied.
