OK, this is a quick rant about the use of than and then. I realize that I mostly break every gramatical rule there is ( with almost every sentense ). However this one is my pet peeve of pet peeves.

Than = a comparison of things

Then = a relation of time

Uhhhhh....you misspelled "sentence". Couldn't resist!

I'm tired of seeing "Your" and "You're" used incorrectly. Not just in casual emails and chats, but in business correspondence too.

Man, this is my pet peeve...

...and believe it or not, small stuff like this has been the make or break point in some of my relationships with women. Uneducated = unattracted. Anyone else done the same thing or is it just me?

Another thing that really bothers me is punctuation.

I hate when someone is trying to ask you for advice and you can't understand what they are trying to say because they don't know what a comma or period is it drives me insane trying to decode their ramblings do you guys know what I mean?

Not PHD's......we are in America right...where English is the common language.....well...ok....maybe it isn't anymore.

How can we get pissed at all the foreign Americans not speaking our language....if we can't even do it correctly?
