I was just kind of curious how many members are in the HVAC field and how long you have been doing it. I have just seen quite a few questions from people on here about HVAC. I myself have been in the field since about 1995 maybe we will be able to help others better and each other, just a thought.

I have been doing it for about 6 years now.
2 years in Commercial doing stricktly installation;
2 years in commercial doing changeouts, start ups, linesets and controls;
2 years of commercial and residential service, although I am doing alot of start-ups and zone boards and other controls alot too lately.

I love it, and although I dont know that much about auto A/C, I wouldn't mind helping out on home HVAC problems.....

I figured you would chime in Nick, i have been doing residential light commercial since 95 ended up out here in Iraq as forman of the marine refrigeration containers that house all the food out here on camp interesting to say the least. I have fixed anything from hummers to sat communications biulding out as well, i love this job have never met so many interesting people in all my life and then some i wished i hadn't

30+ years, 25+ as a contractor..20 years as a one man shop doing everything from a 3 story VAV design build to class 10 clean rooms and a few extreme home systems. Mainly in the bay area Ca.

I worked with a guy at my previous HVAC company that did HVAC in the Army. I am glad you like it. I wouldnt do anything else. I love my Job!!
