While this is OUTSTANDING!!!! and we should be thankful our 2nd amendment rights have not been violated, don't get to excited yet.

Why????? Because of liberal Supreme Court Justices like this numbtard (someone pls let me know who came up with this word):

Justice Stephen Breyer wrote a separate dissent in which he said, "In my view, there simply is no untouchable constitutional right guaranteed by the Second Amendment to keep loaded handguns in the house in crime-ridden urban areas."

This should send chills down our spines. It was a 5-4 vote. Ladies and gentleman, a couple of retired conservative Supreme Court Justices replaced by liberal / progressive / leftist / socialist / communist ones and in the future we don't have this ruling.

This is what the liberal / progressive / leftist / socialist / communist line of thought is:
Justices John Paul Stevens, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Stephen Breyer expressed concern about applying the death penalty fairly.

"It gives tremendous discretion to the prosecutor to pick and choose who should be executed," Breyer said, summarizing the position of death penalty opponents. He wondered whether degrees of child abuse could be capital eligible, including molestation not involving intercourse.

The Supreme Court declared Wednesday that executions are too severe a punishment for raping children, despite the "years of long anguish" for victims, in a ruling that restricts the death penalty to murder and crimes against the state.

Massachusetts Democrat:
A Massachusetts politician and defense attorney has touched off a firestorm with his shocking public vow to torment and "rip apart" child rape victims who take the witness stand if the state legislature passed stiff mandatory sentences for child sex offenders.
Rep. James Fagan, a Democrat, made the comments during debate last month on the state House floor.
"I'm gonna rip them apart," Fagan said of young victims during his testimony on the bill. "I'm going to make sure that the rest of their life is ruined, that when they’re 8 years old, they throw up; when they’re 12 years old, they won’t sleep; when they’re 19 years old, they’ll have nightmares and they’ll never have a relationship with anybody.”
Fagan said as a defense attorney it would be his duty to do that in order to keep his clients free from a "mandatory sentence of those draconian proportions."
Fagan did not respond to repeated requests for comment from FOXNews.com.
His remarks drew the ire of local activists as well as colleagues.

I don't mean to be a party crasher, but we are still a long way away from being secure in our rights. When you have judges and politicians who harbor views as the ones stated above.

In my opinion it is this mentality that makes a good case for vigilante justice. The courts sure as hell aren't going to dole it (justice) out, and neither are the liberal / progressive / leftist / socialist / communist politicians.

We may need to form our own "well regulated militia", just in case.
