500 sq feet of tile laied grouted and sealed. Only took two weekends and a little time here and there after work. Was it worth it

find out when ever the apraiser would like to show up.

I don't know what that whip mark is only the camera picks it up. I guess a little grout didn't wash off before the sealer?

those pic's were if fixed the base trim.

By the way thanks to everone for the idea to pull up the lino. The cheap skate builders only glued it down around the edges of the rooms.

Looks great, man! I've done a fair amount of tile work and it's a PITA. Good luck with the appraisal! That will definitely help in that department.

Looks Super!! Alittle extra effort to do the little corners and cuts, but it is def worth it in the end. Good Luck!
