Satellite Radio Hell
I figured with the satellite merger I'd grab a Sirius module for my Avic-D3. Course I can't find the damn module (SIR-PNR2) anywhere for a decent price and then I read that the Pioneer Sirius display flat out stinks compared to XM - But Sirius has the channels I want.
![]() Do I wait until the merger unscrews itself and see is SOMEONE puts out a Pioneer unit that does it all and looks good? I'd hate to buy the friggin thing to have it legacy in 3 months. What do y'all think? |

I have Siruis and have a pioneer. I figure as long as it's working I'm happy.

they will both work but the two systems are not compatible. If i remember right they would start with new units that run on both systems.

Nice setup on the XM.
.Thanks for the responses guys. I had an XM before I got the Avic but it seems like all the channels I want are now over on Sirius. Guess it doesn't matter how the display looks as long as I have the stations I want. I just have a feeling as soon as I buy it they'll come out with some new fancy one for the Pioneers. |
