My Holiday Weekend New Pics

Not only am I sicker than all get out, but I dove head first into a remodeling project!

It's not done yet and will be another week before the new custom cabinet gets here but here are some pics:

This is the main bath in the house and lil bro's bath, as you can see he's a complete slob despite my weekly requests for him to clean, oh well. Also notice the water damage. Demo was on Friday night and lil bro disappeared for the weekend...... go figure.

My BFF Darci came over with her kids (they stayed with me Saturday while she went to work) and Liam was all over any project we gave him!

Rowan and Liam loading the sheet rock up... by the way since lil bro went a-wall, we used his truck bed as a dumpster.

Well I'm sure lil bro won't be happy at all when he sees his truck.

If you look at the top of this pic you can see where we had to replace part of a 2x4 and we replaced quite a bit of 2x10's.

This was our little dead creature we found

After a partial new sub-sub-floor, sub floor was laid:

I wanted tile but my taste is just too damned expensive. That's Randy in the pic who will be assisting with the rest and just called to say he'll be back over at 8 tomorrow morning to sand and puddy again.

As she sits this afternoon....

This is the new countertop/sink and the spout off the new oiled bronzed faucet set (love it)

I'll keep ya'll updated! I'm so excited but also drained beyond belief, too many beers to get this project to the stage it's at and too many trips to lowes.

Nice thought but he actually owns half this house.
