No More Happy Hour?

hahah all this from a country that takes 3 hour lunches and drink while on the job.... (not while actually working but while at their "extended lunches")

Hmmm...this is strange, Here in Alberta the provincial government has implemented a similar law, Restricting the length of happy hour, and setting minimum drink prices in a pathetic attempt to curb drunk-induced barfights...
