 hahah all this from a country that takes 3 hour lunches and drink while on the job.... (not while actually working but while at their "extended lunches")I don't know why but this is really funny to me.

Hmmm...this is strange, Here in Alberta the provincial government has implemented a similar law, Restricting the length of happy hour, and setting minimum drink prices in a pathetic attempt to curb drunk-induced barfights...
