What price do you think

I have an 01 F250 Powerstroke 4x4 Crew Cab Short Bed. It has an 8 inch lift and 37in toyo mt's with less than 3000 miles on them. Also has FBD budget 5inch, no cat, no muffler. Truck was non emissions w/o a cat from the factory. Has a diamond plate tool box thats used but it serves its purpose. Has Cabelas camo seat covers all over, but the drivers is covering a big tear in the seat. Always ran good for me did all the oil changes. Has a decent dent in the tailgate and a ding on the passenger back of the cab cause t he idiot before me tired to put it in a garage. If the price is right I'd get them both fixed at a body shop. Also have a 05-07 chrome FORD grill for the front but needs cut or the new bumper. Pic is in avatar and I have more. Has custom removable dually mud flaps that are removable for offroad with the pull of a quick pin. Not sure if I'm selling it I'd like price ideas for now but might entertain offers. Has 142xxxish miles and a molded bedliner

If I was buying your truck I would offer $16.5K.
