Now this a shock. No more commercial or recreational salmon fishing along the entire west coast!!!!

Wow, I don't know what else to say. What do you all think?

Uh, the date on the article is 5-2-08, and it refers to current events?

I don't think you're all that slow Mark.

I thought I was on the cutting edge of current events, but I know sometimes local news doesn't make it out for a while.

When did you first hear of this Tiff?

Sorry didn't see the date on your article. But they actually closed ocean fishing back in March, I believe but still left some of the rivers open.

And it's probably not the squid it's the dang seals!

Seals get them after there hooked, sometimes you can't get one passed them. The seals have been a constante the last 20+ years.
Commercial guys saw alot of sqiud bites, wounds.. on salmon last year. It's the first time thay seen that, and there seems like there's more sqiud the last few years.
