Avoid this motorcycle vendor
Just wanted to save everyone some trouble. I placed 2 orders with ridegear.com on 3/21. A helmet and 2 bike covers, one for the Yamaha Raider and one for the Wife's SV650.
They of course billed my CC instanty. I called last week to check on order status as I havent seen a shipping confirmation email yet. "we are having warehouse issues" please call next week. I held for 45 minutes yesterday and was hung up on when I finally got a human. Today my wife calls, get someone "no idea when the items may ship" so we cancel and they state 30 days to refund my CC for goods that never shipped. I called, held for 30 minutes, asked for a manager held for 20 more minutes and got lip service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one. |

Yep, call the credit card company and explain what's going on. Let the swindlers know what it feels like to get burned.
