Ok so im gana buy a product from a private guy and he wants to use PayPal. How do i send it to him? Do i need an account number or how?

you need his paypal email.

Yeah, just set up an account with your email address. Then transfer money to the account with a CC or checking account. Get his email addy and transfer the money to him.

you have to use the email he set up his paypal account with.

Yea you get a invoice back from paypal saying you sent this amount to the guy.

Get the e-mail that he uses for paypal,once you have that,go to your paypal account and log in. Once you get to your account page you will see the headers at the top of the page(it'll say My account Send money Request money and so on) go to send money,,and when that page comes up just put in his e-mail addy and how much and your done. You can also just have him send you a request for the money,that would be the easiest on your part.
